HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR ACTIVATION CODE
|
For your convenience, we have set up an automatic activation code process so you don’t have to wait to use your program. By filling out the form below, you can begin to use your program immediately. If you have questions, first determine which of the situations following the form pertains to you then proceed through the remaining instructions.
Please note: your activation code will be e-mailed to you after successfully submitting this form. Please make sure you type your e-mail address accurately or you will not get your activation code. All fields preceded with * must be filled in or your submitted form will fail.
If you have been using a 2002 version, having purchased your software any time between November 2001 and May 31st, 2002, and your program has reverted to demo version, you need to download the latest patch. Click Here to download, save, and install the patch. You must have the full 2002 program installed before installing this patch. Then type the last activation code we gave you into the activation code field above.
Once you receive your activation code by following the above instructions and if you need assistance on another matter, please send an e-mail to htsupport@horsetrak.com.
If you already received an Activation Code (any time since November 31, 2001) and it no longer works, or you can’t find your order receipt, type in the last Activation Code we gave you.
