FAQ: Send information about a screen to Support
If you are having a problem or have a question about a specific screen it is
helpful if we have exact information on which screen you are using.
Here
is what you do:
Start a new or reply email message to
support@horsetrak.com
Navigate to the screen you want to reference. Place your mouse pointer in
the upper left corner and a small / shaded box will appear. Click the box.
This places information into the clipboard.
Next,
go to your email message you wll send to support and PASTE the information into
the email message. Some emails use CTRL-V. Usually Edit -> Paste will
work.
That information will be helpful to us.
