What happens if you
purchased a smaller program and then realize you should have purchased a
higher level?
If you purchased a smaller program and realized you should have purchased a higher
level, you may contact us within 30 business days for a full credit towards
the purchase of the higher level program.
If 30 days have passed since you purchased, just place a new order, but choose the
UPGRADE price to the higher level program.
PLEASE NOTE .... once the activation code is provided to unlock a program, your purchase is non-refundable. With or without an activation code, no refunds will be issued after 3 days from purchase

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal.
Sorry, no COD orders. We will
accept mail orders via your personal check, however, shipments will not be
released until your check has cleared, which is typically 10 days. Please email sales@horsetrak.com for our mailing
