What happens if you purchased a smaller program and then realize you should have purchased a higher level?
If you purchased a smaller program and realized you should have purchased a higher level, you may contact us within 30 business days for a full credit towards the purchase of the higher level program.

If 30 days have passed since you purchased, just place a new order, but choose the UPGRADE price to the higher level program.

PLEASE NOTE .... once the activation code is provided to unlock a program, your purchase is non-refundable. With or without an activation code, no refunds will be issued after 3 days from purchase

If you choose to order the retail package via mailorder check, you must choose the correct delivery price of your program. To see your actual cost before writing your check, go to the order page, note the cost of a new program or upgrade. Your software package mailed on CD is ALWAYS $10.00 more. We will not send a CD to mail order customers without the appropriate cost for the retail delivery purchase. You may order via our Secure Shopping Cart System,via Phone or Email

Shipping & Handling Cost – We make every effort to ship all packages via USPS within 24-48hrs after receipt
. Shipping is FREE with the purchase of the retail package delivery.

Delivery can be delayed in certain areas and due to "Monday" holidays.

Sorry, no COD orders.  We will accept mail orders via your personal check, however, shipments will not be released until your check has cleared, which is typically 10 days.  Please email htservice@horsetrak.com for our mailing address.
