RETURN & REFUND POLICIESIn addition to this refund policy, we have a license agreement that can be viewed in detail by Clicking Here. The long and short of it is this: Once you have requested an activation code to convert your program to full version, you have completed the final stage of a nonrefundable purchase. Why is your purchase non-refundable? Our demo software is available via download or via CD FREE of charge for the asking! You can download our demos any time and work with any level of the programs without expiration.Therefore, you have all the time you want to see which program will best suit your needs before you spend any money. Almost all features are available to preview and/or insert data to see how the various levels will work for you. When you decide to purchase one of our programs, we are assuming you are making an informed decision by reading all information about our products and services and that you understand the delivery process you have chosen on the Order Page and have read the following statement displayed directly beneath your order total: “Once you have received your activation code, your purchase is non-refundable. Please visit Our Policies Page and our License Page before checking out!” In the case of a downloaded purchase, we do not provide the activation code until a customer requests it or attempts to retrieve it from our Auto-Activation Code Page. . We do not provide a full version program unless a product is paid for in full. Therefore, your request for an activation code is your final decision in the purchase process and we can be certain that you know what you paid for. For this purpose, we provide a Products description page; Free Demo Downloads; Pricing; Comparison Chart; and an Auto-activation Code process, all of which are referenced throughout the website. What happens if you purchased a smaller program and then realize you should have purchased a higher level? If you purchased a smaller program and realized you should have purchased a higher level, you may contact us within 30 business days for a full credit towards the purchase of the higher level program. If 30 days have passed since you purchased, just place a new order for an UPGRADE price to the higher level program. What happens if you purchased a higher level program than you needed? If you purchased a higher level program in error, and haven’t requested an activation code, you may cancel your order up to 3 business days. However, if you purchased the Retail Package delivery of your program, we typically ship between 24-48 hours after receipt of an order. You may attempt to cancel the shipment of your order within 24 hours. However, if the CD package has shipped, refunds are not available, under any circumstances*. *We take special care to test each CD before shipping. If by chance your CD is damaged, you will have up to 10 business days to report the faulty CD, at which time, we will mail a replacement. After 10 days, we will charge the credit card on file $10.00 to reship a CD to you. If you ordered the Retail Package delivery of your program, and refuse receipt of it, we will refund your credit card 50% of the total to cover our inventory and shipping costs when the package is returned to us as non-deliverable. You will have up to 5 business days to request your 50% refund should you refuse delivery of it. If 5 business days have expired after you refused delivery and you do not request your 50% refund, all credits will be forfeited. Shipping is included in your retail package price. Therefore, there are no additional costs after you check out. If you provide the wrong shipping address in your order and your package is returned to us or misdirected to another location,we will charge the credit card on file $10.00 which is the cost for reshipping a new package to you. If the address error was from our side, we will reship upon return of the misdirected package at no additional charge to you. Click Here to return to the order page.
