Entering Data In the Blanks on a Form

After you selected any database data for your form, click the Enter Data Into Blanks on the Contract tab as shown (click to enlarge the image):
Select the field you want to update, and then click the Change button. This will bring you to the User Data Entry screen shown (click image to enlarge):
In the User Input field, enter the text that you want to go into the blank on the form.
After entering your data, click the OK button to save your info.
Repeat the process of highlighting a field and entering your info until all desired fields are completed.
Then from the
main forms update screen, click the OK button to save the form, this returns you to the
main forms browse screen.
