HorseTrak Software Upgrade PolicyThis page was updated as of November 2007 Presently, Version 6 is our highest level available. HorseTrak Version 6 was released in the Fall of 2003. At this time, unless previously discussed, there are no Free Upgrades being offered on any versions. When a new Version is available, HorseTrak Software will offer FREE upgrades to registered customers according to the following terms and conditions: 1) Whenever upgrades are available, any registered customer that qualifies for a free upgrade must exercise that “right to a free upgrade” within 6 months following a new release. Free upgrade allowances will not be honored beyond the sixth month expiration date. NO EXCEPTIONS! 3) Existing customers who qualify for free upgrades may purchase a higher level program at discount as outlined on our Upgrade Order Page. 4) Customers using any Version below Version 6 qualify for upgrade pricing. Click Here for your discount off the current Version 6 retail price. If you cannot recall when you purchased your program, as long as the program you are using is NOT Version 6 you qualify for a discount. 5) While we attempt to make every effort to contact customers in our current database, customer’s are still responsible for visiting our website for upgrade announcements. For this reason, always update us when you change your email address. We can't contact you without it! PLEASE NOTE: If you expect to be contacted when free upgrades and enhancements become available, be sure to click on the "Contact Me" button when you register your program or download. If you click on the "Don't Contact Me" button, your registration form is automatically placed in our DO NOT CONTACT database and as per your instructions and internet protocol, we can not include you in our group announcements for upgrades and enhancements!
