New Technical Support Policy, Please Read Thoroughly


Telephone support hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:am to 4:pm EST.

PLEASE NOTE: Telephone support is not available on Friday's. To serve you better, we spend Friday's wrapping up shipments and email support before the weekend. Please contact us via email on Friday's.

You can purchase your software anytime at our secure shopping cart. Upon receipt of your order, you can get your Activation Code immediately, by clicking here

If you call during business hours and get our voice mail, we are most likely serving other callers. We do not rush through our tech calls, but rather treat all our customers with the undivided service we would hope to get as consumers. Please leave your name, number and a brief description of your problem. We return calls in the order in which we receive them, and as soon as we can. Please note: We do not respond to rude callers. Please leave a courteous message with your FULL NAME, the program you are using and a brief description of the technical problem you may be experiencing. As much as we would love to recognize your voice from past phone calls, we can't. Please do not identify yourself as, "Hi, this is Mary from last week. I'm still having a problem. Call me." :)

Detailed telephone technical support is by appointment and free for 30 days after purchase. Beyond 30 days, we will charge the credit card we have on file a $25.00 fee for each technical service call. When you call, please provide your Americart Invoice (Order) number, and/or your old activation code, as well as all registration information available. This will assist us in locating you in the system, which must be done before technical support can be provided. We do not provide support in any form if we can not identify a registered user of the software.
